Key point — Formalab Bangkok opened a Pilates studio within One Bangkok on Wireless Road, offering 3 class formats from beginner level to private training, with a full equipment lineup (Reformer, Xformer, Cadillac, Barrel, Chair).
Why it matters — The studio positions Pilates as a long-term health investment rather than a passing trend, targeting urban professionals with office syndrome directly — a market that's still growing.
Details — Multi Room Class for beginners, Xformer Room for intense training, Private Pilates for individual goals.
